Q. What does Radioactive Productions do?
a. Radioactive Productions creates audio and video commercials for broadcast as well as other forms of audio & video production. We edit mix tapes, create audio & video for performing artists’ shows and websites, edit profanity from existing audio, and provide audio production for major commercial broadcast stations as well as leased time radio. We also assist in setting up home studios, transfer vinyl records and/or cassettes to CD, and host events throughout the tri-state area.
Q. Is Radioactive Productions an advertising agency?
a. No. Radioactive is a production company that provides advertising agencies with fully produced audio & video commercials. Although we work in conjunction with advertising agencies, our role is to create the commercials and jingles that they need to promote their products.
Q. Who will be the voice-over talent for my commercial?
a. Radioactive will provide you with several professional voice-over talent options from which to choose.
Q. Can I use my own voice on my commercial?
a. Yes. A Radioactive Productions representative will schedule a recording session for your commercial to be recorded; however, if you are not proficient in voice-over work, we strongly suggest that you opt to use our professional talent to obtain the most professional sounding product.
Q. Who will write the script for my commercial?
a. You may either provide your own script or Radioactive Productions will write a script for your commercial for a copy writing fee.
Q. How do I know what my commercial will sound like before I purchase from Radioactive?
a. A sample of the final product will be sent to your e-mail address for your approval prior to final payment. (Frequency tones are placed on all previews, and removed once final payment is rendered)
Q. Can I make revisions to my commercial if something changes?
a. Yes. Radioactive Productions provides a courtesy of 1 minimal revision within reason at no charge prior to final payment. Entire script changes will require a new contract and full payment.
Q. What is Imaging?
a. Imaging is the audio that is provided for a radio station that gives the station its overall sound and “image”. For example, a station that features many lasers, bombs, and explosions within their audio is sending the “image” that it is an exciting and energetic station.
Q. Is there a contract / agreement with Radioactive Productions services?
a. Yes. All services require a contract/agreement for both parties to ensure that all terms are met by all parties involved.

Q. What forms of payment does Radioactive Productions accept?
a. Cash, all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Amex), via PAYPAL. Sorry, no personal checks accepted.
Q. What types of imaging does Radioactive Productions do?
a. We produce Top of Hour ID’s , sweepers, bumpers, pre and post promos, montages, show intros and closings, "Best of..." shows, and holiday and mix-show production.
Q. What is technical consultation?
a. Technical consultation is our advice on what audio equipment to purchase and /or assistance for our clients selection of audio equipment, installation, wiring, and/or tutorials. We also provide music production education program curriculums to non-profit agencies.
Q. How long before I receive my completed production or product?
a. There is a 48 hour turn-around rate for all services and 1-2 weeks on all orders placed.
Q. What are Radioactive Productions hours?
a. (Mon – Fri) 10am-6:30pm (Sat) 10am-6:30pm (Sun)- CLOSED
